Quinta del Encanto is a multi-unit development on the hillside of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle overlooking Banderas Bay. There are three laundry facilities in the development that are shared by all guests but there are housekeepers now and planned to be available to assist guests with domestic needs during their stay. In the plans for future development is an office for administration, if required, as well as a proposed gym for communal use.

The architectural drawings for the majority of this development have been completed displaying the site plan and architectural concept. The Villa is completed and exhibits the character of the project.

The entire Quinta del Encanto project has Federal Escrituras and a preliminary plan developed by a local attorney for a condominium regime.  A passage way is located on the western boundary of the property with stairs that lead the residents of Quinta del Encanto to the village and beach below.
